RemoVpn provides account deletion by verified support request to protect accounts and prevent unauthorized deletion.

How to Request Deletion

Account deletion is processed through verified support requests only. Steps 1. Open the Support Center in the RemoVpn app or website. 2. Create a support ticket with the subject "Account Deletion". 3. Include the email address for the account and any relevant details. 4. We will verify the request before deleting the account.
Requests must be submitted through support tickets to protect account security.

What Happens After Deletion

What we delete - Account profile and authentication data. - Active subscriptions and device associations. - Support history tied to your account where possible. - Optional diagnostic data linked to your account. What we may retain - Transaction records required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes. - Security and fraud-prevention records where required. - Backups retained for a limited period as part of routine operations. Timing We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Some cases may take longer when required by law or when additional verification is needed. After deletion Your account will no longer be accessible. You will need to create a new account to use RemoVpn again. Need help?
